Atreus - Wall Gold Crystal Sconce Wall Light

If I could have given this company a zero I would.
I wish I had checked this company out first before I placed the order or checked Trust Pilot and read the bad reviews first but I didn’t .
When I placed the order for wall lights I had to wait for over 4 weeks for them to arrive ! After chasing the order they finally arrived and what a surprise they sent the wrong lights ! I had been sent a cheaper and smaller version of the lights I had ordered.
Trying to sort this out was ridiculous, Abode Jungle kept saying they had sent the correct lights !
I had been charged for the larger lights and my order confirmation all said the larger lights !! After a number of emails eventually Abode Jungle admitted there had been a misunderstanding and they would send the correct lights out .
When I asked how long this would take they said they would send out the correct lights when I returned the wrong lights at my own expense .
Why would I pay for a return back to China for something that wasn’t my fault so again after a number of emails they agreed to send a returns label and this is the last I heard from them .
The lights have not been replaced and the wrong order is still here waiting for a returns label
So you can imagine my surprise today to be asked to give a review on an order I never received.
I no longer want the lights this has taken way to long and way to much of my time chasing these people.
