To be eligible for a full refund or return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it in. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund or return, we require a proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

-  Purchased items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Purchased items that is returned after 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your product is returned and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you we have received your returned product. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Bespoke items

All our chandeliers are made to order, these cannot be refunded due to the size and weight of them. A longer delivery time is expected for this aswell.
